1. Set A Schedule.

Exposure to sunlight when you wake up will allow you to sync your body’s internal clock and it can help you properly reset it each day. Thus, by exposing yourself to direct sunlight right when you wake up, you should be able to sync up your biological clock much more effectively.

5. Don’t Stay In Bed.


One of the biggest mistakes people make when they are attempting to fall asleep is lying in bed while attempting to do so. The fact is, if you are having trouble sleeping, you should get up and try to do something else. That way, you don’t stress yourself out about the inability to fall asleep as it is not going to help.

6. Temperature.


You want to ensure that you maintain a cool temperature in your room. That being said, you shouldn’t have extreme temperatures in your room in either direction.
